Please come back often, as we are always buying more goodies to list on ebay. This listing is for an absolutely stunning and very rare, luxury Haurex Ricurvo (designed by J.J.) watch. This watch is a limited edition with reference number 88110. This is a really lovely dsigned watch. The case is silver colored stainless steel. The dial is a brushed silver with pale yellow-green hour numbers and red second numbers. The lettering is sort of a mercury silver in both color and texture and spells out Haurex, Italy, Ricurvo. The dial also features a date window. The watch has a red leather band with a crocodile embossed print. These Ricurvo watches are a luxury brand by Haurex, and this one is a limited edition that makes it even more valuable. These watches can run between $300- $600 so this is a chance to get a great deal. This watch is in great pre owned condition, with some signs of wear. The band shows wear with some moisture staining on the underside and creases and wrinkles from the buckle. It's still in good condition and totally wearable. It just has obvious use. The dial is in perfect condition. The crystal is in great condition, with a few light scratches. I've taken a close up of the crystal so you can see this. The last photo in the listing looks like it shows a large scratch on the crystal but in that photo it's actually just a reflection and not a scratch. The front of the watch case has a brushed finish that looks great but the back side of the case has some scrapes and scratches, some made by me trying to get the case open to replace the battery. I have been unable to open the case. The case has 4 screws that bolt it closed in the corners and I thought I'd be able to open the case after removing these, but the case is sort of like a box with a lid and a base. The sides of the case back fold upwards and fit inside the case front. This keeps the movement protected exceptionally well, but makes it very hard to open the case, even with the bolt removed. After adding several new scratches to the case back, I decided to stop trying for fear of devaluing this luxury watch. This watch will most likely need to be opened by a jeweler to replace the battery. We live in a small town and the nearest jeweler is 80 miles away. I realize that this is asking a lot of buyers in that it means the watch is untested. Rest assured, if the watch doesn't work for whatever reason once the battery is replaced, you can return it to me for a full refund. This is for domestic purchases only, though, as the cost of shipping and customs prohibits me from extending this offer to international sales. I also realize that this watch may be purchased as a Christmas gift for someone. If you are buying it for this reason, just let me know, so I can make a note to myself to lengthen the time frame for which the watch can be returned, should it not work, for several more weeks following Christmas. Pictures are to be considered as part of the description. In the photos the screws are removed from the case back. The screws will be re-installed before the watch ships, unless the buyer requests they not be. Please review the images for a better idea of condition, and I would be happy to answer any questions you might have. Shipping will be $4.50 USPS insured first class, and i would be more than willing to combine shipping.
